Semi-detached holiday home in Chiclana de la Frontera n the urbanization called La Balconera. Only 50 meters from the beautiful Barrosa Beach. The house boasts of a garden, private parking, communal swimming pool, and a restaurant right inside the very urbanization. Capacity for 4 people.

This lodging has two floors. On the bottom floor there is a living room, kitchen, toilet, and a terrace. On the top floor we have two bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom and terrace.

The urbanization is private, and guarded by security. There is also a private parking spot for this unit.

This vacation home is right on the Paseo Marítimo of Barrosa Beach.
